Does your company have a pest control program?
Fuliya Factory has a comprehensive pest control system to ensure a safe and hygienic production environment:
Physical Control: Production workshops are equipped with mosquito-killing lamps and window screens to prevent insects from entering the production areas.
Rodent Control: Rat traps are strategically placed in production areas and are regularly inspected and maintained.
Management Procedures: Strict workshop hygiene management systems are established, with regular environmental cleaning and disinfection.
Safety Assurance: Combined with needle detectors and sharp tools management procedures, we ensure comprehensive product safety throughout the production process.
How can I verify that Guangzhou Fuliya is a real, sustainable factory to work with?
Buyers may verify us through any of the following: ① Book a video factory tour or on-site visit to our headquarters (Guangzhou Design City) and production bases (Baiyun, Conghua, Hezhou, Guangxi); ② Request our current business license and audit reports - ISO 9001 / ISO 14001, BSCI, SQP, and Disney Factory Audit; ③ Appoint your own third-party agency to conduct social compliance and capacity audits. We hold independent import/export rights and can cooperate with customs export-record verification.
Can you sign an NDA for my designs?
Yes. Before sampling or tooling, we are willing to sign a mutual NDA. All customer-provided artwork, brand visuals and supplier information are kept strictly confidential. Design files are transferred through encrypted channels; after the project, they are retained or destroyed per our agreement, and your styles are never reused for other customers' orders.
